I work at a hospital and we generate a lot of paperwork to get patients to the operating room. I would like to use infopath to create a form that will gather all of the information necessary to accomplish this task. What I don't know is how to use the information gathered in the forms I create and print that information onto the hospitals forms required for sending the patient to the OR.
My thought is to scan the hospitals documents into microsoft word and then use controls (text boxes ect) to place the information onto the scanned forms and print from Word. Will this work? Any suggestions?
