Infopath Viewers - any experiences to share?

    Hello all -

I hope this topic is not terribly redundant. I searched the forums for 'viewer' and did not come up with much. We are looking to implement Infopath into our product and we would prefer that users could fill in the forms within our browser as well as with Infopath (some users use one some use the other).

My question is - has anyone used any of these 3rd party viewers? and how have they worked out? How was the support? Are there any new ones on the horizon? I'm seeing the same info on the same viewers all with dates ranging back almost a year ago. I'm not impressed with anything I've seen as of yet.

    I've looked briefly into:

InfoScope - downloaded their trial, but did not try yet. I was not impressed with their site as I tried running their demo and it crashed my IE.

InfoView - website content is a bit more impressive, however I sent them a request for a trial and the email was returned to me. Again the online demo is not very helpful to me. Also my PM requested a trial yesterday and has not heard anything from them yet. I know they are in AUS, so maybe this is the issue. Why they don't have a trial download right on their site I don't know.

VisionForms - last release was a year ago. Not much info out there and site offers no download - just another semi-useless demo.

DViewer - what is this? saw this on one topic on this site and searched for it on Google, but did not find much of use.

Any shared experiences would be very helpful :)

    Hi DP,
DViewer is a downlevel viewer for your forms. We will be releasing a new evaluation copy this weekend on our web site. It requires IIS and is an ISAPI extension and filter.

Great thanks for the info. I will check it out. :) I'm a bit confused - it will be released on this website?
