I have cost centers that are linked to a general name. When a cost center is selected I want the Name to automatically show in another field. I do not have MS Access(or any experience in it) not sure how I would use Notepad and to be honest how to add another data source.

I has followed as mentioned in this post. List box is populating id, textbox is populating 1st name. not populating based on id change. Please help.

I would check your rules. Most likely, there is an error in the implementation.

Without seeing the form itself, it's a bit difficult to diagnose, but surely it's an issue in the rules. In future replies, feel free to attach the form via the Option tab when replying.

I sorted out the problem and now working fine. It is an issue with rules.

Hi Ted.. I have seen your attachment but i also want to see the code of this file..I am working on a php application and that attachment is not working..Just tell me in which format i will be able to see your script.. Sajan
