I have two share point sites, one is a parent site the other a subsite, Each contains a list, I want the data from the parent site list to automaticly show up in the subsite's list when an item in the Parent site list is created, How do i achieve this?

Have you looked at using SharePoint workflow and SharePoint Designer to create a wofklow to do this?  You should be able to kick off a workflow to copy the row to the other child list everytime a new record is added to the parent.

i looked at that, but the problem is when making a workflow i only noticed i can create or copy a list item within that same "Site Collection" I cannot copy to another site, eventough its on the same server . its a subside but as its own site collection, http://myserver:30000/mainsite and the other is http://myserver:30000/mainsite/inventory
