Hello I am using Infopath 2007 to create a form. Basically, when i click on submit, the form is sent through outlook to an email ID. It is very much necessary that in some input boxes the text formatting is preserved. Hence, I chose to use Rich text box for those. However, after submitting the form, the email user notices that all the content of the form is intact except the rich text box and it contents do not appear. Any suggestions on how I can have this solved.  If not a rich text box, are there any other text box controls that can preserve the formatting of font/text such as bolded or underlined words. Hi -- I have a form that I submit to email and that has Rich Text controls. They render correctly. However, I do recall that I had some issues with my form when it had a color scheme applied. When I set the color scheme to none, my email issues went away. Perhaps check to see if you have a color scheme applied?

Thank you for your response. However, I have not used any particular color scheme. Basically, the form is a plain background, has a green border, the form contains few text boxes initially and finally a repeating section within which is a table that has rich text boxes. All the content appear in mail but not the content within richtext box. The mail is sent from Outlook 2007 and mail format is HTML. The gmail seems to do the best for me, but yahoo mail does not show up the content and positions of the form contents gets altered . Any suggestions plz.
