Reply Contact When using Check Out Item in a workflow, I am wondering who the workflow checks the item out to? If a WF was created that checks out an item, waits for a field to change to a certain value, then checked the item back in, who would the WF check the item out to? Would it be the WF creator or the person who caused the WF to fire (if it was set to start when a new item is created and when an item is changed)? Thanks for an insights on this. I am trying to find out if using Check Out/Check In is feasible to use in request approval/review WF when trying to limit who has access to an item at certain stages. 02-08-2010 09:54 PM In reply to Qazi Anis Joined on 03-13-2009 Chicago Posts 1,025 Re: Using Check Out Item in workflow: Who is the item checked out to?
