Hi.

I have a form with a database connection, with our employees name and initials.

The employees initials are shown in a multiple selection list box.

When the initials are selected, i would like them put into a textbox, separeted with ; . Is this possible? Also if they remove the selection again, then it should be removed from this textbox.

The reason why i want this, is because I use this textbox in a workflow to send emails to these employees.

You can use the eval method outlined here. I've attached a sample template as well. Right click the link in the post header and save as to save locally. Right click the saved file and select Design to open in design mode and preview.

this calculated value is not a textbox for publish.

In this example how can i publish concatenated value to a sharepoint list?
