I have designed a few infopath forms to submit data to a SharePoint site. It has worked very well. I'm using Infopath 2007 and MOSS.
I have the form set to use certain fields as columns in SharePoint. We use a submit button to automatically enter the information into SP. This works fine except for one thing. Whenever I update the form (I dont change any fields, just add them) and republish it, information in certain columns on SharePoint "disappear" when viewing the information from a columned view.
I am able to make that information "reappear" by opening up the form, closing it, and then hitting refresh on SharePoint.
This wouldnt be that big of a deal except that we have hundreds of forms submitted and it takes a long time to open all of them back up and close them just so we can see information in 2 or 3 columns.
Anyone else had this issue? Any resolve? I appreciate any help you can offer.
