Hello,
I have repeating tables in a Master/Detail by key field relationship. Once a new row is inserted in the Master table I would like to have a row automatically inserted in any detail tables. How could this be done? Thanks for any assistance.

Hello Rip,
You can do that by writing code on the OnAfterChange event for the row Node. But be careful that you only insert the new nodes when the Operation is "Insert" and the nodeName that is calling the onAfterChange is the correct one.

The book "Developing Solutions with Microsoft InfoPath" is a good book and has lot of small details that are very useful to InfoPath developers. Other place where you can get good information is the help file that comes along with the InfoPath SDK
