I have an InfoPath 2007 form (not browser-based) published to a form library on a trusted MOSS 2007 site along with a SPD workflow that generates tasks. When clicking the link to the form from within the form library, the InfoPath client form opens up just as expected and desired. However, when clicking a link from another MOSS page (such as from a task completion form opened from within the task list) to the exact same form (the url from the task page is the same as the link to the form within the form library), I am prompted with the "Do you want to open or save" dialogue box.
Similarly, from the form library, when I right-click the form link and attempt to open it in a new tab, I am also prompted with the "Do you want to open or save" prompt. Yet, when I simply left-click the link, the InfoPath client form loads up seamlessly.
Does anyone know of a solution for preventing the open or save dialogue? I'd like to be able to have the InfoPath client form load up seamlessly from a link that I place on any page within my MOSS site...not just from the form library.
Help Please!!
