I have an InfoPath form that sites on SharePoint form library
I have the URL to this form (the user can open an instance of the form by that link).
Let's say that this is the link
http://MyServer/MyForms/template.xml

Can I send parameter to by the link?
like:
http://MyServer/MyForms/template.xml?id="8888"
If yes! What should I write in the form code for input this parameter?? What should be the code in my OnLoad event??

You can definitely open an instance of an InfoPath solution published to Sharepoint. The link for that will behttp://<your sharepoint site>/<your form library name>/forms/template.xsn

As far as i know you cannot send a parameter as an input.
