InfoPath Dev

I have an InfoPath form that contain FormCode In .Net (CodeForm- in C#).
The Form project contain Web Reference to a WebService(.asmx) that get the form's values and enter them into database.

I tried to Publish the form to a Sharpoint library or to a Shared Folder on the Network but when the user try to open the form from there, the form can be open but all calles from the form's code to the the web service methodes (Web reference of my form .NET project) dont work!!! The calles to those method dont reacte!
This is why I asking if I need to publish it or should I create MSI file for Installation of the form (and not publish).
What should I do in order that the form will work by publishing (or by installation). I prefer to publish and not to install but as i wrote, there is problem with the web service(Web reference) methods.

Is this form published a Full trust solution? if you give a web reference directly in the C# code instead of calling the web service via Data connections then you have to make the solution a Full trust solution.
