    it seems to be simple,

right click your control got to conditional formatting click add

    and in the coditions select

    field1 is blank  or

    field2 is blank or

    .

    .

    field5 is blank

    under actions

    click disable the button

create a similar condition for field6

When you say it won't work, I am going to assume you mean that even with that conditional formatting on the control, it isn't being disabled when those fields are blank, is that correct?

Try one field at a time... is there any chance that the fields appear blank but are not? Make sure you have controls bound to each of those fields on the form, so you can verify they are all blank.

Hello Hilary and thanks for your quick response too.

Yes that's correct conditional formatting on the control, it isn't being disabled when the fields are blank.

All the controls are bound to each fields, it's working only if I select "field1 is blank or" and so on and I can only have 5 conditions.

The expression condition is not working as it should!

If you'll read Qazi Anis' post more carefully, you'll see that he's suggesting making two sets of conditional formatting: one for field1-field5 and one for field6.
