    Printing an PDF ActiveX Control...

    Hello everyone,

    What i use:

    InfoPath 2007

    MO pdf & xps writer

    VB

    What i did:

created an InfoPath form and added a custom ActiveX control (Adobe Pdf Reader). So far so good.

    What works:

I can specify the document which is viewed by using a text field and a button. That works, the pdf dokument is shown fine in my form.

    the problem:

When i try tro print out the whole form, the pdf file is not printed. Theres only plenty of empty space.

    may be:

    • i can programmatically change the "visible for printing value" (PrintOut or PrintObject setting) of that activeX part?
      • MainDataSource.CreateNavigator().SelectSingleNode("XPATH TO THE FIELD OF THE ACTIVEX CONTROL", NamespaceManager)."visible for printing value"(true/false)

        • doesnt work, because the values i tried are not members of createNavigator.....

    • i can programmatically print out the form to pdf (that already works) and add the implemented pdf at the end of the print?

    btw:

whole formular is connected to sharepoint. (i know, doesnt make things easier) ;)

    Thanks for help & greetings
