I have a form with multiple views that is used to request access to certain areas within a company. The submit button applies some rules (for error checking and data submission to an e-mail) and should also execute the code for the onClick event. The onClick event never triggers, so it does not update the information in a database. This all worked fine yesterday and for some reason it is not triggering today. The only thing that I added was a new view that is used to complete the process. Any help is appreciated!

I figured out that it is coming from the fact that my form closes too quickly. If I set up the "Close this form" rule to trigger when an event occurs, it will write it out. There is, however, one problem. I set up a variable called DatabaseWrite that will tell me if the database has been written. I use one of my functions called "SetFormValue" to set the value of it to "true" to signify that it has been written after the code executes. I end up, after the form closes, with a "catastrophic failure" on the SetFormValue function. Any ideas?
