How can I change the value of minimum occurrences in the repeating section? I`d like to have a blank section at start.
go to tools -> default options -> select your repeating table -> uncheck the checkbox
alternatively
go to tools -> default options -> right click your repeating table and click -> Exclude this group from the initial form
