    using the sharepoint search api from forms services

    Hi,

    I am trying to use the search api in my infopath form.  This works fine in infopath iteself, but does not work when the form is deployed to forms services.

    I have upped the logging in sharepoint and get the following:

    Has anyone tried this before with success?  The error logged in the form is:

     Microsoft.Office.Server.Search.Query.ScopeNotFoundException: Scope in your query does not exist.
       at Microsoft.Office.Server.Search.Query.FullTextSqlQuery.Execute()

       at EEBS_BID1.FormCode.NameSearchBtn_Clicked(Object sender, ClickedEventArgs e)

    Of course, the scope exists fine. As I said, the same code works in the infopath client, as well as from a powershell script run on the server.

    I have tried using RunWithElevatedPriveledges, with no success.

    Worth noting, the WFE and application servers are on different hardware.

     Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Craig

    Update to this.  It actually doesn't work in forms services at all, but works fine in infopath itself.

     Any ideas?
