Formatting a Meged Form

Hi - I am new to Infopath and am working on a Status Report form to be saved on our SharePoint site. I am able to build the form ok, however when I use the Merge command, the formatting is not what I would like to see. Here is the output I recieve when i use the "Concat" command.

Dave Scuba Board

TinaGrandma Club

AlanSailing Club

Is there a way to force a "space" between the Reporter and the activity? So instead of, "AlanSailing Club" it would display as "Alan Sailing Club" or "Alan - Sailing Club"

go to the field, right click and go to its properties -> advanced -> merge settings -> select "Combine the value in the target form with the values from the source forms", then in seperate each item with (dropdown) choose space.

This should solve your problem
