How do I use the Submit button to drop the .xml output on to a network folder?

I am new to InfoPath 2007. In the Submit options, all I see is how to use email, Web and Sharepoint options.
I need to drop the .xml in to a network folder.   No database connection is needed.

How do I set that up?
    Any help is surely appreciated!

I am trying to create custom code under Tools/Submit Options/ Perform custom action using Code but I get an error saying Infopath cannot add the even handler.

I verified that I have the correct apps to do this, but cannot get past this point.  Any ideas ?

Fixed. Went in Add/Remove Programs into Infopath options and enabled VSTA.
