    Unable to Verify Form Template

Trying to publish a browser enabled form with some code behind. The "Design a form template that can be opened in a browser or InfoPath" checkbox IS checked in the designer. There are NO "Compatibility" errors.

I go the Central Admin site, to the "Upload Form Template" section, and "Verify" the form. I browse to and select the xsn file ( that's been saved from the designer on the file system) and select "Verify". An error message is displayed

This form template has not been correctly published to be
browser-enabled. Open the form template in InfoPath Design mode,
and click Publish Form Template in the Design Tasks task pane.
Follow the steps in the Publishing Wizard to republish the form
    template, and then try again.

So I thought...maybe I have to publish the blasted thing...I did, to a doc library on the MOSS server. Tried again to "Verify" before "Uploading".  Same error. I'm lost....

I figured it out myself...well...and little help from google and http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/infopath/HP101000931033.aspx?pid=CH100598401033

    duh huuuh...

The short of it was, initally I was publishing the form to the MOSS server. When in fact I should of been publishing to a file system Network location. Did that, pointed the "Verify" action to get the file from that location...wahla... all is good.
