    Where's the documentation for properly implementing InfoPath source code into Visual Source Safe(VSS)?

    I don't know that there is any documentation. But I can tell you this much... you want to use the extracted form files in VSS, and not the combined .xsn file. That is the only way to know which parts of the form template are changing.
