Why would I get this error" Following URL is not valid :http://00.00.000.00. The IP is the IP that MOSS is on. Site works fine just can not seem to get pasted this error to publish.
It looks like there is a semicolon after http. Did you mistype that here, or mistype it somewhere else and paste it here?
My mistake corrected in my post. As for the error I actually have the http://00.00.000.00
Sometime if your server performance is 100% and you try to publish your form at that time it gives you that URL is not valid. While publishing please check your server performance.
