    Qdabra XML error on Submit

    I am trying to prove that DBXML allows us to submit more than 255 characters.  I have setup a very simple InfoPath document to do this:

    •  myFields
      • field1

    I setup the mappings in DBXML and got no validation errors, but when I submit, I get this error in the Event Log whether I submit a single character or 4k of Lorem Ipsum text:

    Invalid xml submitted:  encountered a critical error and needs attention:

    System.Xml.XmlException: Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.
       at System.Xml.XmlTextReaderImpl.Throw(Exception e)
       at System.Xml.XmlTextReaderImpl.Throw(String res, String arg)
       at System.Xml.XmlTextReaderImpl.ParseRootLevelWhitespace()
       at System.Xml.XmlTextReaderImpl.ParseDocumentContent()
       at System.Xml.XmlTextReaderImpl.Read()
       at System.Xml.XmlLoader.Load(XmlDocument doc, XmlReader reader, Boolean preserveWhitespace)
       at System.Xml.XmlDocument.Load(XmlReader reader)
       at System.Xml.XmlDocument.LoadXml(String xml)
       at Qdabra.Util.Validate.GetValidXmlDocument(String xml)

    The stack trace was:    at System.Xml.XmlTextReaderImpl.Throw(Exception e)
       at System.Xml.XmlTextReaderImpl.Throw(String res, String arg)
       at System.Xml.XmlTextReaderImpl.ParseRootLevelWhitespace()

       at System.Xml.XmlTextReaderImpl.Read()
       at System.Xml.XmlLoader.Load(XmlDocument doc, XmlReader reader, Boolean preserveWhitespace)
       at System.Xml.XmlDocument.Load(XmlReader reader)
       at System.Xml.XmlDocument.LoadXml(String xml)
       at Qdabra.Util.Validate.GetValidXmlDocument(String xml).

    Re: Qdabra XML error on Submit

    Hi -- as I mentioned in the email to you on this issue, please verify that your DBXL submit connection is set up as shown in the Getting Started documentation -- set to include the entire XML subtree and submitted as a string.
