how i can publish infopath form which contain submit button by list via email

Do you want to publish the form which has shareoint list submit and email functionality. Is this correct or do you want anything else?
I created template contains controls (textbox, dropdownlist, etc...) and i when I published it to the email , it display error infopath cannot publish blank form.
how i can publish to the email ?
