Don't know if its possible as I have yet to figured out how to do this but is it possible to create a InfoPath form by importing a WORD document then setup a data connection to a MS SQL database to sumit the data do. I have successfully imported the WORD document and created a InfoPath form but now the request has come in to be able to submit and store the data to a M.S. SQL database which does not currently exist and have to be created
