Is it correct that i can publish a Infopath 2003 Form on WSS when every user have InfoPath installed?

 The use of InfoPath Forms Services or the Forms Server is, that the user is able to open the Forms without InfoPath, just in the Browser - Is that correct too?

But in the browser I loose so functionallity and I cant use the C#-Code inside the form - so for me the way WSS+InfoPath Designer have more funcitionality and is of course the more cheaper way! 

Users with infopath installed can open the forms in infopath. 

using form services use can open the form in browser(only browser compatibale forms) 

you can use C# code inside browser forms in infopath 2007 i am not sure about InfoPath 2003. But i think you should be able to use it.
