ERROR: Some rules have not been applied

I'm about to throw this InfoPath software off the 4th floor balcony of my office. Please help.

I've created a form with two buttons. One button simply submits the filled out form via e-mail to an approver. The approver then looks over the form and selects to approve or deny the info on the form via option buttons. No matter what the approver chooses an email of the form is sent to a particular address, however if she chooses approve it goes into a form library in Sharepoint called Approved, and if its denied it is sent to a form library called Denied.

I've checked over my rules and they all are correct, and I can't troubleshoot why this error pops up when the 2nd button is pushed. It sends the e-mail, but won't send to Sharepoint. I'd appreciate any help, or if anyone has a better way to do this???

Try creating another button with only a single rule action in it to send to SP. See if that button works. If it does, try changing the single rule action to something else until you find out what the problem rule action is.

Thanks, I think I figured it out. For some reason Sharepoint doesn't like spaces, once I took the spaces out it went through without any problems. (no thanks to the specific error message)
