Submit a form to 2 form libraries

I'm looking to submit a form to two form libraries on a sharepoint site. The location of the first form library is on the Top-Level site and the DAVAdapter submits the form without a hitch. However, there is also a form library on a subsite that I would like to submit the form to, but when I call submit on a second DAVAdapter I get the following error...

"An error occurred while the form was being submitted. The form could not be submitted to the following location:http://... The file is in use by another application or user."

Any ideas what may be causing this error?

    Thanks,
    +Ducati

Does the file already exist in that form library?

Is there anyway to induce SharePoint to copy the file from the first submit location to the form library without needing InfoPath to submit a second time?

I've figured out the 2 form submit. I hadn't had the subsite form library configured correctly.

I have another question though. Is there a way to programatically create a form library and populate it with a form template (so that a form can be programmatically submitted)? I'm looking to autmotate as much of this as I can, but I don't see much documentation regarding SharePoint Web Services and Form Libraries.

    Thanks in advance,

This is outside my realm of knowledge. Perhaps someone else will care to respond.
