Is there a maximim file size for file attachments?

I have a client who currently uses InfoPath 2007 as a request/workflow process in SharePoint 2007 and would like to start to upload files to a seperate docment library through the File Attachment control in the form.  I have added this functionality to the form template and it works great on files < 35MB but it throws the error "Not enough storage space is available to complete this operation" with any file larger than that.  This error occurs immediatly after the standard large file warning message that InfoPath displays after attaching any file > 1MB and before the form is ever submited to SharePoint.  I am able to attach multiple 35MB files to one request so i don't think this error is caused by a memory problem when I try to attach a single 40MB file.

The only thing I can think of is that InfoPath has a preset limit to the size of file that the File Attachment control can hold.  However, I can't seem to find this documented anywhere.  Has anyone else experienced this same error?  Is there a workaround or a setting to change?

    Thanks in advance,

    Sam
