    Dear all,

    I have created a report using Infopath and published the same to Sharepoint. (WSS 2003). For some machines, the infopath report is working fine. Im getting the below error if I tried to open the same report in certain system.

    Infopath cannot create a new, blank form. One or more required custom control in the form cannot be created.

    Can anyone please let me know the solution for this. Am I missing anything?

    Does the form have code?

    Can you compare the InfoPath versions in the machines?

    Im using Infopath 2003. On the info path application, I created a Custom Control (Microsoft office Spreadsheet 11.0) . In that custom control, I'm using SQL data connection and select query.
