    Listing multiple recipients.

    Hey everyone,

I’m working with our transmittal form, built in InfoPath, that is hosted on our Newforma server.  My question is in regards to the “To:” field.  The form only lists a single recipient under this field, and I’m trying to find a way to have the form list all of the recipients.  Is there any way this can be done?  Any guidance would be much appreciated.

    Hi:

I recommend the double eval trick, as described here.

From what I see in your screenshot, the formula might end up looking like:

    eval(eval(@nameTransmittal/Recipients/Recipient, "concat(@name, ';')"), "..")

     Hey Hilary,

I very much appreciate the help, but the formula doesn't work.  When I test the form with this formula, the "To:" field comes up blank.  Any other suggestions would be much appreciated.

     Thanks again.

Are you selecting the underlined portion of the formula using the insert field or group button? Did you walk through the tutorial I provided a link to, and try it first to make sure you understand how the double eval formula works? As I mentioned, my suggestion was only a guess based on what I can see from your screen shot...
