    Error accessing a data source

I have created a few web browser forms that have worked beautifully.  That is, until we have incorporated PKI and have to use our CAC card to log in.

Now, none of my forms work any more and I get no information from the log file or from the error that pops up.  The error I get is :

There has been an error while processing the form.
Click Continue to resume filling out the form. You may want to check your form data for errors.
Click Start Over to load a new copy of the form.
    Show error details

My form should get user data from the active directory, and I believe that is where the problem lies.  The active directory appears to reject the credentials from the CAC card, because it does not know who the user is.

Has anyone else had this problem?  We don't know where to go from here.  Thanks for any help.

what is the actual error message, i mean the error details. That is important to determine what is going wrong

I'm sorry, that is the error.  When I copied it to this form, it copied the link to expand the error also.  I over wrote the details to this string after I expanded it.  That is what I was saying, it gives me no clue as to what is happening.

    Here is the expanded error:

    Hide error details
An error occurred accessing a data source.

An entry has been added to the Windows event log of the server.
    Log ID:5566

That is it, nothing else.  Thanks.

Re: Error accessing a data source

We ended up using SSO for our data connections.  Sounds like this may work in your case since CAC credentials are not the same as Active Directory.  Although, if you are using the built-in webservice to pull user data, this may not work.
