Discrepancy in decimal value being written to SQL

    Hello,

I have a form field in infopath that calculates a percent (formatted as a percent), that when submitted writes the value as a decimal to SQL. The odd behavior is that in my form, the percent would read as '0.15%', and when written to SQL, it reads as '-0.0041198501872660030000000'..... as you can see, it goes from moderately positive (as displayed in form), to a slightly negative number (as written in SQL).

Is it possible that there is an issue with the precision and scale? It is set to (38,25)

I hope this will make sense?

    Thanks

    Hi, Mark:

I didn't want to leave this question as unanswered. As we resolved earlier today, the issue had to do with a rule that was setting the value of the field and some confusion as to what the field's actual value was. Not a SQL issue at all.
