Is it possible to have the toolbar ALWAYS visible above every rich text box? The reason being that browser-forms can seem confusing for some people. They click on a rich text field and then the rich text toolbar appears and overlaps fields above which looks kind of messy. Also I've noticed that the pop up toolbar can cause a slight delay as people go from field to field.
So please let me know if it's possible to have the toolbar always appear so that there can be a spot for it already designed into the form and it will always look nice.
