InfoPath Dev

I'm having this problem in our Test environment:

1. In InfoPath, click to Design a New Form Template.   Choose a Blank template.

2. Choose a Table with Title layout, add a single Text box control.  Save template locally to C: drive.

3. Click Preview.  Form shows up in Preview mode within 1-2 seconds.  So far, so good.

4. Close out Preview mode.  Click on Tools > Programming > Microsoft Visual Studio for Applications.  Wait a few seconds for VSTA to create a new project.

5. Close out VSTA without adding any code.  Save template.

6. Click Preview.  Now it takes a lot longer for the Preview window to display - an hourglass with "Form loading..." at the bottom.  After about 45-60 seconds, the form finally loads. 

 The same behavior occurs when I publish the form to our SharePoint library.   Any idea what's causing this?  My Programming settings are set to C#, and the project file is located locally on the C drive (default location).

if you are not using any code behind, then click remove code in the form options ->programming. that should let your form to load faster

I need to add code to this form to do lookups using web services.  It was loading very slow with the lookup code, so I removed it, but the form was still slow to load.  Removing code does fix the problem, though.
