Instead of using the buildin function with the rightclick I want to create/delete a new repeating Chaper by a button-click.

Is that possible?

Mhh a bit problematic - cause I dont know the correct english translation.

 When I am in the InfoPath Designer - there are the standard controlls and then the repeading and optional controlls. There I can find the repeading section/chapter - whatever. When I use this in a form I can insert/delete this section repeadingly with a rightclick to the meneu bubble in the section. For this behavior I need to use a normal Button - just the same behavior but with a real button as control.

Qdabra's qRules contains a command called Insert. This will insert a row into your repeating table.You can execute the command via a rule on a button.

Otherwise, you'd have to write your own code to have a button insert a row into the repeating table.
