I am putting together a form that contains a listbox within a repeating section. In this way, the user will, clunkily, be able to specify multiple items within the listbox.

The listbox is populated from a SharePoint custom list column.

My goal is to take the information gathered from the user and email it to an administrator for action.

 This custom list has column 1 which is being used as the entries in the listbox, as well as 3 other columns of additional information.

What kind of a technique is available to copy the values of the other columns for the selected row into variables that can also be included in the email message?

why dont u use submit by email to send the whole form to the administrator

That is in fact what I am currently doing. However, all that is being emailed is the single column value that appears in the listbox. I need some way in InfoPath to retrieve the rest of the column values for each listbox item that is selected by the user in the repeating section.
