Hi all,

I have following scenario: An initiator fills out a new InfoPath form and sends it to an approver. The approver gets the filled form via email. The contact selector works fine.When the approver opens the form in Outlook and tries to add contacts in the contact selector gets this error:"This action cannot be performed from untrusted sites. To use Find, you must add this site to the list of trusted sites for your Web browser."I have tried to add the SharePoint site to the trusted site list but this won’t help.Any assistance would be great.

Have you seen this link? The replier suggests:

The problem is due to the fact that the xml is launched from the user’s local cache, which is NOT a trusted site, thus making the contact selector un-usable.

I don't know if that is the case in your scenario, but might be something worth investigating?

 

No I didn't see this post.

But I think that might be cause of our problem. So we have to look for another way to fit this.

Hi Chrischan, Have you found a solution to this problem yet? This is the same issue i've just come across. Some feedback would be great.
