Picture control: is there a % setting for width and heigth?

When I insert an image as a link, the width and height dimensions of the gif are injected into the xsl.
Is there a way to get InfoPath to omit these attributes (from the underlying xsl file) when creating the form?
or is there a way to force these attributes to 100%, not px?

    -div-
    -font size="2" face="Verdana"
    'img style="WIDTH: 161px; HEIGHT: 33px" src="file:///C:/Logos/logo.gif" width="161" height="33" Linked="true"-
    -/font-
    -/div

The problem is: 100% of what? Of the screen width? You want your image to adjust to the screen size of whoever is opening the form?

No, I am looking to insert a picture link (using picture control in 2007) that will point to a local folder for the image.
Unfortunately, after inserting this picture, the xsl records the original width and size (which may be changed in the future).

Thus, the problem is.... we need to change this ...

    -div-
    -font size="2" face="Verdana"
    'img style="WIDTH: 161px; HEIGHT: 33px" src="file:///C:/Logos/logo.gif" width="161" height="33" Linked="true"-
    -/font-
    -/div

    TO.....

    -div-
    -font size="2" face="Verdana"
    'img src="file:///C:/Logos/logo.gif" width=100% height=100% Linked="true"-
    -/font-
    -/div

    Ideas?
