InfoPath Dev

If someone fills out a web form in MOSS 2007 and gets a critical error while submitting.  Is that form cached anywhere locally in temp internet files or another location where it could be recovered?  I see that it didn't make it to the form library, and my initial assumption is that it is lost.

No, because it's not an actual file that gets opened locally - it's all an ASP.NET page.

Thanks, I turned up logging in Central Administration to see if I can figure out why these errors are popping up sporadically.
