 Hi Alec,

             I got what you said and i changed the Xpath for the middle "Clear" field with the full path and for the other i left it as it is "../my:Clear". But when i try to preview the form it was giving me an error like this.

"An error occured in the forms rules or Code. The number of rule actions or number of calls to the onAfterChange event for a single update in the data exceeded the maximum limit. The rules or code may be causing infinite loop. To prevent this, ensure that the rule action or event handler does not update the data which causes the same rule action or event handler to execute."

This happened when i try to hit insert row in the preview mode with out selecting the first row's check box. When i try to select the first row check box then i was not able to select the checkbox of the first row.

There is one more place you have to pay attention to and probably missed. Double click on your checkbox control (not the field but form control). Make sure the "Value when cleared" is false and "Value when checked"  is true.
