User permissions: no "new" button exists in forms library

    Hi,

I'm using MOSS 2007 and InfoPath 2007.  My forms are browser enabled.  In my forms library, depending on which user logs in and what their permissions are, they are unable to fill out any forms by selecting "new" --> "new document".  Is there somewhere else I can put the form template I want filled so the users can fill it from there, and it'll just get submitted to the form library?  Right now, they only see the "actions" tab, which isn't very helpful.  If I can't put the form template elsewhere, what can I do to change this?

    Thanks

Sounds like you didn't configure it correctly. Did you publish your form template to a form library or as a content type? If the latter, did you select it for your current library?
