InfoPath Dev

I created and published an InfoPath 2003 form template to a public corporate share drive with Read & Execute permissions for everyone. I used code to execute email data connection. The form works fine for everyone except one user suddenly had a problem submitting a form. We use MS Outlook 2003. We do not use Sharepoint. When the user tries to submit the form Outlook returns "Form submit error: InfoPath cannot sub the form. An error occurred while the form was being submitted. The form cannot be submitted because the form could not be added to the email message as attachment."

This is odd because the form has NOT been edited (code). I cleared the Outlook and InfoPath cache on the user's PC, even cleared the browser history in IE browser, eventhough the problem lies somewhere within MS Outlook 2003 SP3.

Can anyone shed light on this matter? Thanks for your assistance.

Was the user ever able to submit the form? What about a different form -- create a very basic form and add an email submit and try that.... I've not seen this error before, so I don't have too many ideas of what might have caused it... I suppose you could always run a 'repair' on office. Are your other users using the same version of IP and Outlook? The users that can submit successfully?

Hello, I'm having the same issue. The form was working perfectly fine. All of a sudden the "Submit to email" feature is not working It doesn't work even with a simple form. Appreciate resolutions to this issue. Thanks
