qRules v1.7 cannot co-exist with other form code

Why is this? This is really unfortunate since I have a complex form that needs to link to SharePoint document library instead of storing attachments in the form. Has anyone found a workaround for this?

This has to do with the way the manifest relates to the code file. It can only be associated with one dll. If you open the manifest.xsf with a text editor and search for 'rootAssembly' you can find the property element that defines the dll for the form.

So the solution is to open source qRules so that we can use it in our forms with custom code ;)

The solution is to purchase the source code just like the website states..

    Limitations:

    • qRules v1.7 only supports InfoPath 2007 forms
    • qRules cannot be used with forms that already have code, but you can buy the source from us for a fee. Send e-mail if you are interested in source code.
    • IPFS support has not been tested. Be one of the first 5 people to test qRules on IPFS and receive all future updates for free. E-mail Support@Qdabra.com with your results.
