I was wondering what the easiest way is to enable some sort of "security" (besides using third party software) so that users are unable to view or change forms that other people besides themselves have submitted. Is a workflow the easiest option? If every form will be digitally signed, will it be un-editable after it is signed?
Also, what permissions can be used so that a user can select "new" --> "fill out this form" in a form library? It seems that the only tab available to other users is the "actions" tab - the only function, if possible, that I would like users to have is just to be able to fill and submit forms.
