InfoPath Dev

Hi,

I have been working on two infopath 2007 forms for use in workflow tasks for the last few days.  I just got to the bottom of a problem and tried to preview a form, which I have done a million times before, and I now get

"InfoPath has encountered an error.  The operation failed."

as soon as I hit the preview button.  This happens on both the forms!

I have never seen this before.  I've tried closing and re-opening the forms and get the same error.  Both forms are set to domain security, and have no VSTA code.

Anyone seen this before and know how to fix it?

Sometimes I get better / different error messages when I try to open the form (instead of having it in design mode and previewing it). What happens when you try that?

Hi Hilary,

I actually had a 3rd infopath form open.  Once I closed all three and re-opened, the problem went away.
