Invalid Form Template and Requested registry access is not allowed.

When publishing (As document library) an xsn with permission level to domain and browser enabled, I am getting an error message after upload 'Invalid Form Template' and when in sharepoint I try to create new document from that document library I am getting an error message 'Requested registry access is not allowed.'. I started googling and found to set permissions for users WSS_WPG and WSS_ADMIN_WPG in registry key 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\Office Server\12.0 ' but in my case they were already there with enough permissions. However, using ProcMan, I noticed that registry access is from same key. So, how to fix these two errors? Thank in advance.

You found the right place for fixing it, and that is what fixed it for us.  I had never seen that problem before until my SP Admin did a repair, which reset some registry permissions.  I think he followed Joel Oleson's advice on where to fix the permissions and where to add the App Pool:

Thank you. I gave a try. Finally Requested registry access is not allowed error was resolved but I got another error regarding session close. However, I fixed it. Could anyone give me the reason and solution of first error 'Invalid Form Template'
