Is there any way to have a repeating table inside a table autofit to that table as users add more rows?

If I'm understanding the question correctly, then the solution is quite simple. If I create a layout table, then create a repeating table inside of it, the repeating table will be limited to the width fo the layout table.

If your concern is with a text box, you can change the fields' Width to "Auto" (in the Size tab). This will increase the width of the field as your users input data.

If this doesn't answer the question, can you attach a sample of what you're trying to do?

Thanks for your response.  Actually I am not too concerned about the width but I am concerned about the height.  When the user adds enough rows in the repeating table to fill up the entire table that it is contained in, the table expands (height wise) to accomodate the additional rows.  I want the height of the table to be fixed but autosize the repeating table within it as the user adds rows.  I hope this is more clear.

I don't think there's a way to limit height. The repeating table, by nature, allows the user to accomodate the new rows.
