    position within repeating table

I need to know how I can determine the position within a repeating table on the screen. I have a repeating address table and I would like to use buttons in the header to fill some of the repeating fields. Anyone done this?

Hi Alex and welcome to our infant forum!

Please take a look at the Asset Tracking sample that ships with InfoPath. It has examples of how to do this using buttons that look like labels. It's kind of tricky but works pretty well.

Greg actually created the Asset Tracking solution over 2 years ago, so he may have more comments for you later.

It's called Asset Tracking and it is one of the samples in the V1 version of InfoPath (shipped October 2003).

    I'll send you the xsn.
