    Connect form to Sharepoint Library

Yes, another newbie question! First off, thanks to this site, it has helped me try to understand alot more. I will be honest and say I know nothing about codes. I have been working on this project for a few weeks now. The problem, at least I don't think, is the form. Its to get my form to connect to the Sharepoint Library/List? I have researched, bought books and asked my IT team, yet have not gotten anywhere. I would be the first to accomplish this, from what I have been told. (So that is even more incentive to finish this task!) If it were possible to have someone call me and walk me through it, that would be great. (But I know we cant always get what we want! :-) )

Basically, here is what I have:
Am using Infopath 2003 and my organization uses SharePoint.
In the form, I am wanting it to submit data so that the Sharepoint can track all the requests received.
In the form, I set it up so that it would have to be digitally signed by all persons that must approve these requests.
I have tried setting up just one Submit button to go to the SharePoint, but receive error messages.
I then tried setting up at least 5 "sections" for signatures and tried to make rules and conditions that if signature 1 was done, then it would have a email data connection, because the 2nd person would always vary. After the 2nd signature approved, I tried to rule&condition it to data submit via email to a 3rd person. Same with the 4th. For the 5th person,it needs to be signed, only this time it would go to the Sharepoint Library or list to be stored. Kinda like the final result.

I have tried everything I can think of and have read, and something is just not working.

Thank you in advance for any help and usually I can figure most things out. But, this is one that has me going absolutely crazy!

Can you describe the errors that you are getting? Screenshots and the actual full text of the error messages would be helpful.

Right off the bat though, if you are using digitally signed forms have you done all the certificate setup necessary to use digital signing:

Yes. My organization is already set up with digital signatures. That is not the errors I receive. It has to do with the data connection. How do I submit screen shots on here?

By the way, thanks for the reply :-)

Hi, you can insert an image if you choose the "reply with quote" option. It then brings up more menu options where you can insert an image.
